Welcome to Rancho Agave Azul - located in the neighborhood of Yucca Mesa, 20 minutes from the West Entrance of Joshua Tree National Park, 10 minutes from Joshua Tree Village, 15 minutes from Pioneertown, and 15 minutes from Old Town Yucca Valley. Relax in our stylish and newly renovated mid-century modern home in the heart of the desert. This 4bed, 2bath ranch-style house sits on a 1/2 acre and is equipped with all the comforts of home. Pots, pans, baking sheets, stove/oven, mixing bowls, microwave, toaster, blender, utensils, bartending kit, fridge/freezer, knife set, and cutting boards. DINING ROOM: Our dining room boasts a handcrafted white oak slab dining room table sourced from Paso Robles, California. The bench seating around the table provides ample room for guests but there are also a few extra chairs located in the garage for additional seating. LIVING ROOM: The living room features a 9x9ft Faux Dakota Leather sectional couch, a stylish mid-century modern one-seater w/wood frame and mesh backing, and a large Pillow Lounger (perfect for napping). The 65" Smart TV is set up with Roku and has the ability to stream most streaming services. However, we do encourage our guests to provide their own logins. GAME ROOM: We have an additional room dedicated to our beloved shuffleboard. LAUNDRY ROOM: Our washer and dryer are located in the garage. Laundry soap is provided for your convenience. MASTER BEDROOM: Offers a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, dedicated workspace, and a master bathroom. BEDROOM TWO: Has a queen-sized bed and a TV equipped with ROKU. BEDROOM THREE: Offers a queen-sized bed, a bedroom bench, and two modern shelf floor lamps with USB charging ports & Electric Outlets. BEDROOM FOUR: Offers two full-sized beds, ideal for single travelers and children. GARAGE: Even though we have a garage, we use it as a space for laundry, storage, and as an exit towards the backyard. Vehicles will not be permitted inside the garage. OUTDOOR SPACE: Our large backyard is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the desert. Sip your drink while you relax in the refreshing Cowboy pool, equipped with a deck for sunbathing. Enjoy a few rounds of cornhole or gather around the propane firepit for a night session underneath the stars. There is also a propane grill for when you would rather cook outside and enjoy the scenery. *Please note that our Cowboy pool, while amazing on a hot day, is not heated and will NOT be available from the start of November till the end of May. Guest access Guest will check in using the smart lock keypad located on the front door. The code will be provided before your stay. Other things to note There are two video cameras located on the front exterior of the property. A video doorbell on the outside of the main entrance, and a video camera located to the right of property, outside by the fence. They help us keep an eye on the front yard only.
