The space PROPERTY DETAILS We offer secure garage parking for two cars, driveway parking for one, and additional roadside parking as needed. The garage remote is mounted on the wall inside the garage for easy access to your vehicles. The house access code will be sent to you prior to your visit. AIR-CONDITIONING The entire house is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. ACCESS Entry to the property is via the front door, located on the left-hand side of the driveway. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with: Cooktop, microwave, oven, fridge Pots, pans, crockery, cooking implements, and cutlery ENTERTAINMENT Both the upstairs lounge and downstairs media room feature Smart TVs, where you can enjoy free-to-air channels or stream content from your own services. STARTER SUPPLIES To minimize cleaning costs, we provide the following starter items: Tea, coffee, milk 3-in-1 body wash and shampoo 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet Guests are required to purchase additional supplies after these starter items are used. Please note, we do not provide sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, or paper towels. All linen is provided and is part of our Premium Linen Service. POOL The property features a lap pool available for your use daily from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. IMPORTANT NOTES This property is NOT suitable for parties, functions, events, or schoolies groups. We kindly ask you to book elsewhere if you require such accommodations. NO smoking is allowed on the property. This is not a pet-friendly property—we cannot accept bookings that include pets. There is potential building activity opposite the road, which may occur during business hours. HOUSE RULES We value the peace and quiet of our property and our wonderful neighbours. If we receive reports of noise disturbances, parties, events, or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and, if necessary, ask guests to vacate immediately. CLEANING FEE The cleaning charge covers a standard clean. Guests will be charged for any excessive mess, rubbish, damage, breakages, or cigarette smell, all of which require additional cleaning or repairs.
