Nice private room in a rural townhouse

Feel like you are in the Tuscany of Spain just 6 km from Haro, home to the oldest wineries in Europe. Breathe tranquility in a rural environment with starry nights. Start your day with a coffee on our terrace or in our small and pleasant garden! Enjoy a spacious and independent room with a TV and a private bathroom if the other room is not booked on the same date. If it gets hot, escape to the municipal swimming pool just 30 meters from our house! The space The house has 3 floors. The first floor consists of an entrance, hall, shared toilet, kitchen, and living-dining room with a wood-burning fireplace. The front and back garden, as well as the terrace which will be for shared use, can be accessed from the front door. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas. The rest of the floors are accessed via a wooden staircase. The ground floor consists of a garage and a room for accommodation. The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. One of them, the one located in the hall on the upper floor, will be for the use of the guests, who will be able to use it privately if they do not coincide with other guests on the same date. The outside door gives access to the small front garden. A few stairs lead up to a small porch with a door leading inside, from there you enter the entrance hall. The family kitchen is just inside on the right-hand side. The hall of the house is next to the entrance, where you will find a shared toilet and the stairs that give access to the ground and upper floors. The guest room is on the upper floor and has a 50-inch TV, a double bed (1.40m x 1.90m), and a tower of drawers. It has a tower of drawers for storing clothes. It is a very bright room with a large window. It has blinds to dampen the light and heat. Guest access You will have access to the shared toilet on the main floor and to the full bathroom on the upper floor, which you can use privately during your stay if you are not staying with other guests on the same day. You will be able to access the outside areas: terrace, front and back garden; here, if you are a smoker, you will be able to do it with peace of mind. You are not allowed in the other rooms, nor in the family lounge. If you need to wash your clothes, you can tell us without any problem and we can do the laundry. You can hang out the washing on the terrace, which is very sunny. Other things to note A detail that you have to know is that my partner Alberto and I will take care of you, in addition, two wonderful, docile, sociable, good, very calm, and well-taught dogs are part of our family. Candy and Noa will steal your heart, no doubt. They are on the main floor of the house, your accommodation is on the lower floor. Although smoking is not allowed inside the house, it is allowed in the outside areas such as the terrace and gardens.
