House overlooking the sea

Charming, decorated and cozy house with a beautiful balcony facing the sea and a sweet courtyard. In the house there is an atmosphere of rest and relaxation, all you need is to let go into the quiet. The house has a central space with a high ceiling. A bedroom with a double bed is located on the gallery floor that is open to the main space. Another room with two single beds. Two cute and friendly cats remain in the house. The cats can come in or be outside. 10 min walk from the beautiful nature reserve of the Banim beaches. 7 minutes drive from the magical Ofer Forest. The space The house is designed in the atmosphere of a vacation home. The house is fully equipped. There's an air conditioner, a ceiling fan, and standing fans. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher. Double bed on the gallery floor. Access by stairs. The gallery is open to the main space and cannot be darkened. Additional room with high single bed and children's bed. Can be darkened. Washing machine and dryer - in the laundry room in the lower part of the house. Balcony facing the sea, you can see spectacular sunsets. A train passes nearby (may disturb those sensitive to noise). Unfortunately, there is still no access for the disabled. We're working on it. Guest access Guests have the entire house to themselves. Other things to note Two cute and friendly cats remain in the house. The cats can enter the house or be outside. They sleep outside. We'd appreciate it if you fed them twice a day. They guard the house from unwanted guests.
