The villa is ideally located 20 minutes from Pau with a magnificent Pyrenees view, not overlooked. This beautiful, fully renovated 185 m2 villa built on 3 half-levels will seduce you with its charm. The large living room overlooks the summer kitchen equipped with a barbecue & plancha, the pool and the terrace. At night, we can accommodate up to 10 adults, 1 child and 1 baby. Our very cuddly cat Spirou will be happy to share these places with you. The space On the ground floor, you will find the entrance overlooking a 1st bedroom with a 140/200 bed, a bathroom (shower), and the laundry area. A small staircase of 7 steps takes you to the large living room of 75 m2 with the kitchen open to the living and dining room. Finally, upstairs, the sleeping area with 1 bathroom (shower), the 2nd bedroom with a 140/200 bed, a 3rd bedroom with another 160/200 bed and its adjoining bathroom (shower + bathtub). Opposite, a 4th bedroom with a 80/160 cabin bed for children and a 140/190 Futon mattress but very comfortable for 2. In addition, a 5th room (a large dressing room) containing a sofa convertible to 130/190. Finally, we have a co-sleeping bed/cot that can be put in any room for a baby. Guest access You will have access to the entire house except a cellar, garage and office that will be locked. The rest of the house is yours.
