Welcome to the beautiful Villa Vihreä, located in a unique and idyllic wooden house area with excellent transport connections! From here, it is easy to travel further or enjoy the nearby nature and green Helsinki. The apartment has good and tidy facilities for a quiet stay as well as temporary work. It is also suitable for a larger family or group, with beds for up to 11 people. The space Room 1 (2 people): - double bed 140 cm - small desk and chair - spacious wardrobe - if necessary, a baby cot (only for this room) - kitchen and toilet/bathroom next door The tenant of one room must take into account that others may also be staying in the house at the same time. The house is a so-called old-fashioned semi-detached house with two apartments on top of each other. We rent apartment B, located upstairs, with a total area of 110 m2. The apartment has three bedrooms that can be locked from the inside and outside (1-3). Guest access The apartment can be rented in its entirety or one room at a time, in which case the kitchen, living room, bathroom and balcony are shared. When one of the rooms becomes available for rent, we will clean the premises for new guests. Other things to note Please note that the apartment has stairs that are not suitable for small children or people with reduced mobility. Safety gates have been installed on the stairs of the attic floor.
