Close to the lake and surrounded by mountains, the peaceful little house in the woods embraces you. It has a double bed and two single beds. On the ground floor there is a living room and kitchen and a dining room. Full bathroom with a tub. Dishes, kitchen utensils and washing machines are available. Refrigerator with freezer. Wood-burning and electric stove. Bottled gas, drinking water. Fiber optic WiFi and ethernet. Smart TV. In the park there is a stove with grill and native vegetation. Parking space for two cars at the door. The space In a mountain and forest atmosphere and ready for adventure, you find the house on a wired and safe plot that is not shared with other attached houses, there is a neighbor in the back lot and 25 meters in front of the hexagonal house of its owner. The house is entered through the door of a new sliding gate (soon to be a place to store 2 cars). The property is surrounded by a native Patagonian forest full of cypress trees, radales, ñires, michay, etc. and some growing fruit trees and a small stream where its waters run in the autumn winter season. In the backyard there is a pallet area for composting and in the front yard of the house a garden area and living room with aromatic plants and rose bushes! A hexagonal house has recently been installed on the land for future activities that for the moment will be out of service where its owner currently lives partially and that still needs to be finished! Near the house, 200 meters away, you can find a store and a little further on a greengrocer and an artisan bakery with incredible croissants and breads. There is easy access to very quiet beaches in front of the Cathedral and Ventana hills just 600 meters from the house. In the area of Villa Los Coihues, 4 km from the house, there are supermarkets, warehouses, shops, breweries and bars. From Villa Los Coihues you can access the crossings and walks to the Frey hills, Cascada de los Duendes, Muñoz beach, etc. Guest access The traveler will have access to all areas of the house and land. At the moment, the use of the stove/grill will be the one found in a common use area. Entry to the recently installed hexagon house and its surroundings is not allowed at this time. The house has a small and interesting library for those who want to read. Other things to note There may be some personal things such as plants, yoga mats, massage table and a hardcase drawer in sight that I want to be cared for and respected with affection! I usually ask my guests to water the seedlings every 2 or 3 days!!
