It is a ground floor apartment adjoining our house, with independent entrance, courtyard and garden. The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people, plus a mezzanine with 3 beds (ideally for children). The kitchen is new and fully equipped! (dishwasher, espresso machine, vitro hob, etc…) In the bathroom there is a sauna available (with a small supplement). The same goes for the outdoor jacuzzi. Guest access Independent arrival possible, access by keybox, secure courtyard equipped with an automatic gate with 3 parking spaces, enclosed garden with trees. Shared access to the pool and jacuzzi, private possibility in the apartment (under conditions) Other things to note Possibility of offering adult and children's bicycles, baby equipment pack (baby bed, bath, stroller, baby seat for bicycle, child's bicycle available. Ping-pong table and various games (badminton, petanque balls available).
