It is a ground floor apartment adjoining our house, with independent entrance, courtyard and garden. The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people, plus a mezzanine with 3 beds (ideally for children). The kitchen is new and fully equipped! (dishwasher, espresso machine, vitro hob, etc…) In the bathroom there is a sauna available (with a small supplement). The same goes for the outdoor jacuzzi. Guest access Independent arrival possible, access by keybox, secure courtyard equipped with an automatic gate with 3 parking spaces, enclosed garden with trees. Shared access to the pool and jacuzzi, private possibility in the apartment (under conditions)
