The interior of your unit has been completely remodeled and looks new and amazing, but the building itself is older, and we do not own this building. The elevator is historic and cannot be replaced, so it is old and fits about 3 people at a time. Please don't hold the age of the exterior and common areas against us, we are only responsible for the unit's interior. You will certainly enjoy the charm of this historic building, and the modern interior of your unit. Paid parking lots can be found in the area, and there is some street parking. This is Downtown San Diego, so there may be city / construction noise. This is the ENTIRE UNIT! Not shared with anyone. Save $$$ from the hotels around here that aren't half as nice. The host is allergic to dogs and cats; hence, we have a no-pet policy. Every one infant present during reservation counts as one additional guest/adult The washer dryer inside the unit is not an included amenity, and is only for management/ staff use *Note* Your unit is located in a building on the new walking promenade on 5th Ave! The city has added poles in the ground to prevent cars from driving north or south on 5th Ave, so please plan accordingly. We will send you a map of all the cross streets and parking locations that you can access in the area. We are sure you will love the fact that you can walk to so many great attractions!
