The primary bedroom features a new high end queen size mattress, large double closet with private en-suite bathroom and large shower. The second and third bedroom features comfy queen size beds with walk in closets. There is a second full bathroom with shower/tub and a separate sink and vanity area. The hallway bookcase is loaded with books, games and puzzles. One of the bedrooms is supplied with kids toys and books. On the main floor, get cozy in front of the floor to ceiling gas fireplace in the living room. The 55' HD tv is preloaded with Hulu, Max, AppleTV and Direct TV. A light and airy kitchen is fully equipped with the necessities including a toaster, microwave, blender, tea pot, pots and pans, grilling utensils and a coffee maker with coffee, sugar and creamer. A desk tucked next to the staircase has a monitor and keyboard. The private back yard is fully fenced with an outdoor table and chairs, outdoor furniture and a roaring gas fire pit. Guest access Entire home and yard/garden access. No access to the garage but off street parking in driveway and parking pad will accommodate three cars. Other things to note We are a kid friendly home but please note there are stairs, a gas fireplace and an outdoor gas fire pit. A highchair, booster seat and bouncy chair will be provided if requested. Please no unattended children around the fire pit.
