You can park in the back yard and get to the house through back door. A laundry room is in the downstairs with secure lock. There are two spacious bedrooms with two king size beds, one futon sofa in the living room, a formal dinning room can easily host small or big family. New AC will make your summer here like spring. Guest access The main entrance is 3709 on the Corliss ave n. Concrete stains will lead you to the white door with keyless lock. Other things to note This property has two separate units. There are two back yard car pool parking spaces for the house, so each unit guest should have one spot. There are free street parkings easily to find. We highly recommend our guests park in the back yard first. If park on the street, please park on our own house side or on the corner of 37th st, to help our other side neighbors easily carry groceries home after shopping. For guests with pets, we love pets, the only thing we need to share the story with the guest is that we had previous guest having pet shading and allow to play/sleep on the bed or coaches, the hairs scatter everywhere and so hard to remove and clean. It has been nightmare for months. So for our new guests, we would like to kindly remind such issue. So to avoid it happening again, please keep pets playing or sleeping away from beds and sofas. Also, please keep pet only on the main floor. Otherwise, we have to spend several more hours to clean hairs, especially it is hard to clean the beddings and coaches. If this happens, unfortunately, we normally charge extra $169 to $199 depends on the situation. Sorry to bring this point out, but I believe most our guests are very understanding and supportive. If have additional needs for your pet, please let me know. If you want to use uber, we mostly can offer pick up from airport or drive you around the city with very low fares.
