Bright large bedroom in a beautiful house

We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy to access to M4/M32. You will have a large private room downstairs with tea/coffee making facilities. NOTE: You will be sleeping on a sofa bed the size of a standard double bed. We've added a memory foam mattress on top to make it even more comfortable. We prefer guests not to cook/eat in the kitchen. Best suited to working professionals or people who plan to be out during the day. Quiet time between 10pm-8am. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for making drinks but we prefer it if you don't use the kitchen to cook. You are welcome to enjoy our outdoor space - just give us a shout and we can bring out the garden furniture cushions to make it more comfortable for you! Other things to note There is free on street parking. However, our street tends to get quite busy, especially in the evenings, in the evenings and you may not be able to find a spot right by the house. We don't have a driveway. There is a retail park nearby and we are well connected to the city centre with bus stops about 5min walk away. It takes about 40min to get from us to the centre bus.
