You can relax as a family in this peaceful, clean, safe accommodation where you will feel at home. Our house is in a central location, in a decent location, 10 minutes on foot to İğdeli beach, 10 minutes by car to the municipal beach, 15 minutes to Cunda Island, 15-20 minutes to Sarımsaklı, 10 minutes to Cennet Hill. The space The master bedroom has a very spacious and comfortable bed that is 1.80 wide and 2.09 long, a useful wardrobe, and 2 armchairs where you can sit comfortably and read a book. The other bedroom has 2 beds that are 90 wide and 2.00 long. The beds are as comfortable as a hotel. The sheets and duvets have been newly purchased. It is very clean. Guest access There are 2 bedrooms + 1 living room + 1 kitchen + 1 bathroom + a seating area and 1 table with 4 chairs on the patio at the entrance. It also has its own garden and barbecue can be made. Other things to note There is no air conditioning in the house, but the house is quite cool and since the house is in the north, there is no need for air conditioning at home due to the constant wind in Ayvalık. It is a pleasure to live on the patio and garden in the evenings with the abundant oxygen of the Kaz Mountains. It is a privilege to breathe and feel peace.
