Beautiful and cozy room in a quiet 1930s suburban residential area. It is located in De Bilt within walking distance to Utrecht Science Park (2.7km) and a variety of shops (300m) providing everything you need on a daily basis. This room would be ideal for someone working at Utrecht Science Park for some time. PLEASE NOTE: This room does NOT include use of a kitchen. For tourists an amount of €2.50 tourist tax per night is mandatory. This can be paid upon arrival. The space The room is on the first floor and is equipped with a comfortable bed, a spacious desk and a small closet. There is a kettle, cups and a small fridge. The large windows overlook the green front yard. The bathroom with a shower and a bath is shared and use of washing machine is possible in consultation. Other things to note In this house I live together with my grown up son Rodin (22 years old). My daughter Anna (21 years) will visit us every now and then. We are friendly, open minded people and are looking forward to meeting you! The center of Utrecht can be reached within 15 min by bike or by bus from a bus stop around the corner every 10 to 15 minutes. Its takes about 5 more minutes to reach the central station (Utrecht Centraal). A beautiful forest is just a 5-minute bike ride away and there is a park in 300 m distance .
