The guest room featured in this listing is the master bedroom, exclusively available for your use. We’ve observed that most guests find their rooms exceptionally comfortable, as they come equipped with essential amenities, including a 58-inch TV, a portable refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, water warmer, and a water dispenser, among others. Many guests discover that our in-room amenities meet their needs, making the kitchen an optional space. Additionally, our home features a fully finished basement occupied by another individual. This basement includes its own kitchen and bathroom, offering a separate living space. Importantly, there are no stairs to navigate, aside from those leading to the basement. He is usually away for the majority of the time, and when he is home, he prefers to stay in his designated area, allowing you to enjoy your own peace and privacy. The other gentleman, who is in his late 70s, occupies a room adjacent to yours. He is a quiet and respectful individual who mostly remains in his room, venturing out only when necessary, such as using the bathroom facilities. It's worth mentioning that we have received no complaints regarding privacy or disturbances from any of our guests.
