Middleside Farmhouse And Meadows, No Pet Fees

Middleside Meadows is an art-filled 3 BR 2B dog-friendly no pet fee home sitting roughly in the middle of our farm, est. in 1760. Looking past a fenced yard to enormous & fully fenced rolling meadows crisscrossed with mown paths making long dog walks and hiking an easy joy, for dogs and their owners who’ve always longed for their pups to run endlessly off leash. We provide kitchen towels, and cloth napkins, but bring kitchen paper products if you need them; we try to stay Green. The space My wife Theresa grew up in this house and it’s been well cared for. It’s warm in the Winter and has great AC (heat pump) for warm Summer days. There are three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double, and one with two twins. The den has a fireplace, and the kitchen has a breakfast/lunch table. There is a partially finished basement, with a sitting room, and I’ve put another double bed there, for some extra room to spread out, but it’s still a basement! The dining room and living room have lots is seating space. The back porch and patio look out over the meadows and the mountains. Dogs are always welcome, at no extra charge, and there’s running room for them with fenced and open meadows. Please bring your own bar soap and shampoo. It’s a dear place and is filled with original art! Green Meadow Pond and meadow is available for your use and a good dog swim, and a nice hike in the field and forest, but there is no fishing. Dogs love to swim there!! It’s fully fenced. Guest access It’s all yours. Other things to note No secondary bookings (booking for someone else’s use.) 95% of the guests at our airbnbs bring pets, mostly dogs, and they appreciate our friendly pet policies.  We work very hard after every visit to clear up any left behind dog hair, and there’s often quite a lot of it! If we miss some, it’s not for lack of trying like crazy to get it all. But fair warning: if you are not dog people or are not bringing dogs, and will be upset by stray left behind dog hair, you should probably seek other accommodations.
