Wave it Out LLC is a bright & modern home with lots of natural light. We are blessed with a beautiful beach view which sets us apart from most rentals in the area nor do we have neighbors directly on either side of us which our guests LOVE!! Please compare prices for a beach view, ability to walk to the beach, private pool, no direct neighbors … we are hard to beat!!! Check out our reviews!! AMTRAK goes from BSL to NOLA daily so perfect way to do a MS/NOLA combo trip!! The space We have an open living room/ kitchen combo on the main level with spiral stairs that take you to the upper level. Main level has the master bedroom (king)and master bath that has a separate tub and shower, laundry room & a half bath in the hallway to share. Upper level has 2 small bedrooms (one has a queen bed and the other has a king) & a small full bathroom for those occupants to share. Tv’s are only in the main living room, master bedroom, upstairs living area & king size bedroom upstairs. TV’s are smart TV’s. You will need to login into your own streaming services, there is no cable. 6 guests MAX. This home is NOT suitable for extra guests. This home is best for 4 adults , the queen room is super small. But who is coming to the beach to sleep right? There is a lot of windows & sliding glass doors, which we do have window shades they are not black out shades so you may wake up early with the natural light shining in. Please do not attempt to book if you plan on having more than 6 guests. PARTIES are NOT allowed. You are welcome to reach out to me if you need to discuss something further. Guest staying upstairs can utilize the upstairs living room to keep their travel bags if they need additional space as the upstairs bedrooms are small & space is limited. There are luggage racks for your convenience. Carry-on style luggage bags are best to maneuver up the spiral stairs. City golf cart and noise ordinance are located in our Wave it Out guest book in the master closet on the main level & MUST be followed. We respect our city and our neighbors. Guest access You can access almost anything!!! But please do not use the linens inside the light pink locker located in the master bedroom closet downstairs. We often stay fully booked so I keep extra sets of sheets and blankets for our cleaner to switch them out each time. We might also have a couple of drawers locked up with extra cleaning & house supplies but other than that make yourself at home. Please do not allow your children to play on golf cart or carts if there is one on the property. There are vehicles & can be very dangerous. Golf carts can be damaged go by pressing on the gas and brake at the same time. They aren’t toys or a trampoline. Please do not park any vehicle or drive any vehicle on the grass. If the golf cart is included in the rental then it is a gift & if it’s broken upon arrival of course we will do our best to fix but no money will be returned and we will absolutely not rent a golf cart for you!! Golf carts are EXPENSIVE they are over $100 a day to rent!! Golf carts will require a waiver via email so you must provide email & drivers license. Golf cart must be filled with premium gas only after usage. Thank you so much for understanding. Other things to note Our home has mini splits and does NOT have central AC but we will still keep ya warm & can freeze ya out so no worries here!! Instructions are located in the Wave it Out book at the home & NO WORRIES the units also have Wi-Fi so we can help remotely if you have trouble getting your perfect temperature just send us a message and we can adjust for you if you prefer or you can set them however you like as well. Added IPAD in the master closet you can control all units without the remotes. Our home has spiral stairs and currently no elevator. Our home is raised on stilts and was built in 2014. Waveland and Bay St. Louis is a golf cart community highly recommend booking a golf cart prior to arrival. This is definitely everyone’s favorite way to get back and forth to downtown Bay St. Louis to Wave it Out LLC and there also taxis or the super fun Downtown Dashers which is like an Uber golf cart with karaoke (so much fun). We are about a straight 4 miles from our home to Trapani’s Eatery for reference, which is another reason our guest love our location & the beautiful beach ride to downtown. Our rental has a beach view, pool, and is walking distance back & forth to the beach. There is a charcoal BBQ grill & a fire pit with logs. We hope to be lucky enough to host you and your loved ones!! I would say so far the only downside of being so close to the water and also near the woods is with this.. there are BUGS, they might get in the house if the door is left open too long!! Don’t let this scare you away.. they affect the entire County just want you to be aware and informed as much as possible!! We have love bugs, gnats, fire ants, flies,mosquitoes, flying termite season, dragonfly’s, bees, wasp, hornets, possums, horseflies, armadillos, foxes, raccoons, bats, bobcats, cicadas, spiders, silverfish, wild boars, snakes, tree roaches, alligators…you name it we might have it. We gladly welcome children & infants just please be aware of the many inside & outside stairs including spirals stairs, pool, (very shallow no jumping in or diving) several balconies, we do not keep baby items at this home.. sorry we don’t have a lot of extra storage space and please be aware this house is full of breakable decor, we definitely don’t want you to be annoyed while your on vacation.. we want you to be able to relax so this is the only reason I am sharing all this info so that everyone is aware!! If you’re not informed you don’t know!! The breezes are the best at Wave it Out LLC but with this sometimes there is FOG & everything can be wet outside in the morning/ evenings being so close to the water. Lawn care & pool maintenance might occur during your stay. Trash cannot stay on the street and guests may be asked to take trash out to the curb and or to bring it back in if your stay takes place on trash days, guests may also be asked to add water to the pool, sorry for the inconvenience & definitely appreciate the help & assistance!! Please do not lean on the railings on the balcony (adults or children). Please read our reviews and if you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to reach out. We have large windows and sliding glass doors. We are super close to St. Clare for reference. Our home is 6 people max mandated by the City of Waveland. City also will only allow 3 vehicles. More than 6 people and or more then 3 vehicles could result in immediate eviction with no money returned. There is no bathroom on the ground level/ pool level we are not allowed to build one you have to be grandfathered in so you will have to go upstairs when your enjoying your pool day. Sometimes maintenance will need to come in and fix things although we try very hard to get things done between guests but sometimes during our busy season March to October it’s occasionally impossible. Grass is usually cut on Mondays and pool cleaning on Tuesdays. Sometimes weather or other things interfere but we do try to stay on schedule when possible. Our home is best known for those that want some peace and quiet & easy access to the beach. Please respect all rules or please do not book with us. We work extremely hard to make this rental stay functional & extraordinary and we appreciate good guests as well. With all this said.. please don’t suffer, be uncomfortable, we are here to help if you can’t find something, if something doesn’t work, if your too hot or too cold, we truly want your stay with us to be the best & good memories made with your precious time away from home. So just ask us if you need ANYTHING!! Please don’t take anything out of our home that you didn’t bring in other then TOGO cups that are often given as a gift to guests. We try to provide as much as we can but if you don’t use it while there that doesn’t mean take everything.. let’s leave it for others to use! Thanks so much!!
