If you’ve got small ones, enjoy the swayback chair perfect for reading, singing lullaby’s or nursing the baby. Bedroom 3: The velvet trundle twin daybed has the most comfortable mattress in the house. It pulls out to reveal a second twin that can easily be moved to anywhere in the home. Living Room: The living space allows for you to spread out. Sit on the velvet couch or grab a meditation pillow or yoga mat. Log into your Amazon account on the huge Fire TV. Living room couch folds down as a twin bed for added sleeping space. Dining room and Kitchen: Table seats 8, An extra bench gives more seating if needed. Plus additional outdoor table and chairs seat 4 to 6. The kitchen has all the amenities necessary to make a feast for a large family. There are plenty of plates, utensils and cooking supplies including pots, pans, mixer, reusable containers and more. If need, the home will sleep 7 with the pull-out couch (1), trundle bed (2), two twins (2), and queen bed (2). Guest access You’ll have access to the single family home and enclosed yard, with the exception of the garage which is used for storage and a small owner apartment that is on the property. There are no shared spaces, so your 3 bedroom, 1 bath is completely private. Other things to note In this 3 bedroom 1 bath home, you and your family with enjoy plenty of space to gather, or find a nook for alone time. If you work remotely, grab a spot at a desk or table, the natural lighting from large windows and skylights will make you look amazing on Zoom. The gas range with copper pots and frying pans allows for you to get creative in the light-filled kitchen equipped with all modern appliances: microwave, Keurig, and reverse osmosis water on tap to fill your own Yeti, or borrow a reusable bottle from the cupboard. It’s the desert, stay hydrated. We are a half mile easy bike ride to the Riverwalk where the paved trail will take you on a loop of the city, or enjoy the nearby desert park with playground and labyrinth. If you forget your sun screen and bug repellent, we've got you covered. In the yard, you’ll experience an abundance of birds and lizards, you might spot a hawk or cotton tail rabbit.
