Welcome to our three-room apartment with free garage! We are located 4 minutes by car from the sea (Blue Flag) and the historic center of Ceriale. Ceriale station is just over a 15-minute walk away, while in front of you, you will find the Caravelle Water Park, as well as several shops, restaurants, and bars within a few minutes' walk. With 5 beds, this apartment is ideal for families who love the sea! The space The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room and a wonderful terrace. Starting with the spacious rooms, each with air conditioning, the first has a comfortable queen-size bed with a large mirrored wardrobe for your personal belongings and a French window that opens directly onto the covered terrace. The second contains a regular-sized single bed as well as a large mirrored wardrobe that will make you feel in a much more spacious room than expected. The bathroom, on the other hand, offers a shower cabin with complete sanitary facilities, a Welcome Kit with shampoo and soap, as well as towels of various sizes and a hairdryer. Behind its door you can find a large washing machine with various cleaning products that you can use for free. Let's move on to the room where you will find a white kitchen with an oven and a gas hob, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a complete supply of cutlery, plates, glasses, pots and pans. Looking towards the French window that overlooks the terrace, you will also have a comfortable French-sized sofa bed, a Smart TV with the possibility of Netflix, Prime Video, Youtube and all the services of a Smart TV, as well as free Wi-Fi. The wonderful terrace is the flagship because it allows you to spend your days in serenity overlooking the water park and the mountains. The latter houses a large table and several comfortable chairs to give you the best moments in total relaxation. Guest access Inside our apartment complex there is a condominium garden, while the rest of the spaces are at the total disposal of guests only. Other things to note The house supply includes a small and a medium towel per guest, complete bed linen, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses and plates, a roll of complimentary toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, gas lighter, salt and sugar, sponges to clean the dishes and a kitchen towel.
