Princeton Hot Springs just 15 minutes away and Cottonwood Hot Springs just up the road. Includes a separate sitting room & private deck with hot tub & BBQ plus many more amenities. For your convenience there is also a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The entire space was completely remodeled in 2017. The space Recently remodeled guest suite, accessed by a private entrance, includes a large bedroom with king bed, full bath with tub/shower & bidet toilet, huge walk- in closet, sitting room with sofa & wall of windows overlooking golf course & mountains. Entry alcove furnished with refrigerator, microwave, sink & hot beverage maker. Couples can enjoy a walk- in shower and hot tub off private deck. Charcoal or gas grill, Spectrum & Netflix TV, gas fireplace, wi-fi. Many extras including laundry facilities, golf cart & clubs, bicycles and fresh flowers in your room. Guest access Suite has plenty of parking directly in front of gated area which leads to private deck with 5 steps up to entrance. Like a mother-in-law "Suite" you will have a separate and lockable area from the main house. Other things to note We are located just east of recently paved Cottonwood Pass. This route which heads west up the mountain towards Gunnison and Crested Butte, leads you to breathtaking views, hiking and biking paths, fishing, hot springs and exploring. To the east one mile is downtown Buena Vista, ending at the Arkansas River. You can enjoy outdoor music, shopping, dining, the riverwalk and all the water-based activities in our white-water park. Right out your back door is the incredible Collegiate Peaks golf course. This unique golf course boasts beautiful vistas and reasonable rates. We are less windy tucked in the trees compared to other air BNB's. Mt. Princeton Hot Springs is only 15 min. away where you can enjoy soaking in the river or in one of their many pools which is sure to inspire relaxation & romance. Charlotte Hot Springs and Cottonwood Hot Springs offer two more close by (less than 10 min) relaxing soaking experiences. With so many options, you'll wish you could stay a bit longer!
