A spacious house with four individually rented rooms. Each bathroom is shared between two rooms. We don't rent to groups with children. Central location, close to highways, restaurants, and a few local bars. 15 minutes to sea world, old town, balboa park and the zoo! Quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. The pool is available all year around (no hot tub available). Relax by the pool and enjoy a nice breeze and sunset in the San Diego weather :) The space A large, 2,500-square-foot shared house in a quiet neighborhood. Bedrooms have individual keypad locks for privacy, and guests share all common areas.
