There is a nice kitchen with adjoining balcony & a bathroom with bathtub. The location of the apartment is close to the center (tram 15 minutes, 30 minutes on foot) & very close to the Leipzig Auwald (10 minutes on foot) which invites you to walk in the countryside. A highlight is the Wackelturm. There are a lot of shops, restaurants & cafés. The space There are 2 rooms: a large, almost empty living room with a folding desk in which a 100 x 200 cm Room in a Box bed can be placed for a 3rd person. And a smaller, very cozy bedroom with a bed attached to curtains. In addition, a kitchen with a dining corner, bathroom with bathtub and balcony. Guest access Staircase, 3rd floor, no elevator Other things to note In the living room, an additional 100 cm guest bed or a 130 cm mattress can be set up if required. The room has a cozy carpet, seat cushions and furs as a living room. In addition, there is a fold-out large desk. The apartment has a reverse osmosis water filter for high-quality drinking water.
