Too new that there are still construction jobs on site. 2.5 miles away (10 minute/$4.00 Uber drive) from Aurora International Airport. Q: How do I check in? A: Easily! Self-check in at the building. Front desk open from 6am till 10pm. Q: Any restaurants close by? A: TONS! Some of Guatemala’s bests are within a mile of our place. Q: Is it comfortable? A: VERY! Queen Therapedic™ bed, hotel quality linen, blackout shade, WIFI, 32 and 50 inch TV, english speaking channgels, Youtube & Netflix. Living room with sofa and a 4 pax dining table. Fully equipped kitchen with Nescafe Coffee Maker. Q: Bathroom… explain! A: One full bathroom with rain shower, hair dryer and 100% cotton towels. Hot water & toiletries at your disposal. Q: Do you do long-term or monthly rentals? A: YES, we can do long term rentals. Price depends on length of stay & availability. Weekly or monthly rate can be slightly reduced compared to the daily rate. It helps us to know your budget and we can tell you if that works for us. Q: Smoking? A: On the outside only & please be responsible. Absolutely no drugs in our place! Q: Can we hold events or parties? A: No. This is a place to relax. A: Yes, you can park your car inside the building. Our private parking space is in S2 (basement) level. Other things to note ⏰ Check-in is available at any time between 3:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. After 9:30 p.m., entry to the apartment is not possible, so it is important that your arrival is within this time frame.
