The small apartment with garden and terrace is located in a modern new building in a very quiet, green and good-natured neighborhood. It is a wonderful starting point to conquer the wild Berlin. After a stimulating vacation or working day, guests can relax with a glass of wine and prepare for the next day in peace. The apartment and neighborhood are definitely not a party zone! The space The small apartment consists of a cozy room with a well-equipped kitchenette, dining table, dresser and wardrobe. The high-end sheep's sofa has an integrated, independent, very high-quality mattress, the cover of which is of course washed regularly. A modern bathroom with shower completes the apartment. In the summer half-year, of course, the small garden with terrace is a special quality. Guest access Guests can directly access the apartment from the front yard of the apartment building. The key is stored in a key safe, so that you can arrive at any time. The house is mostly inhabited by open-minded and friendly families with children who are happy to help if needed. For guests staying in the apartment for a longer period, I can gladly show the washing machine and drying room in the basement. Other things to note If you are interested: In Berlin, renting apartments to tourists is usually not legal, as this displaces the traditional residential population from the inner city districts. My vacation rentals, on the other hand, are designed, approved and built as vacation rentals, so they are legal. By renting my vacation rental, you are not contributing to the displacement of Berliners from the city center.
