House of about 50 m2, completely renovated and furnished, located in the city center of Lillebonne, close to the Roman theater, opposite the castle park, and a short walk from all amenities: bakery, butcher, tobacco bar, shops and many restaurants. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. On the second floor, a large attic bedroom with a double sofa bed, a single bed and storage. From the living room, you will have access to the 60 m2 wooded garden as well as the furnished terrace. A cellar completes the set by offering a washing machine, a dryer and an additional fridge-freezer combination.
