My humble, cozy and simple house 🏡

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. My house is small, cozy and humble. It is located in one of the most coveted areas of Reykjavik. In the Laugardalur valley, where there is a swimming pool, a botanical garden, a natural park, a small zoo with a recreation area. 1-2 minutes from home we have located; an ice cream shop, a bakery, a cafe, and a grocery and necessities store. In 15 minutes walking you reach the heart of Reykjavik. The space Upon reaching the house there are stairs with thirteen steps. There is the entrance door to the house, where there is a hall (in this space we take off our shoes and coats). Then a small corridor follows. To the left is the kitchen, then the bathroom, in front of the main bedroom, then follows the living-dining room and then a second bedroom. Behind the front door, there is a small door and downstairs is the laundry room. There are two bedrooms in the place. The largest bedroom has a king-size bed, a chest of drawers with 6 drawers, a clothes rack, a makeup table or desk, and also an exercise bike. In the other smaller room, there is a double bed, a dresser with 6 drawers, a clothes rack, and a makeup table. This room is open to the living room. Guest access The tenants will have the house only for them. The laundry room is shared (the washing machine that belongs to the house is in front of the stairs. Registration Details 2016954-010101
