Description
Pitmeadow Farm is situated in quiet countryside with lovely views. We are a small family run farm with various amimals that guests are welcome to enjoy. The Studio forms part of our farm courtyard along with the farmhouse and our other holiday property (The Steading). Dunning (1 mile away) is a charming village with an excellent pub, local shop, golf course, tennis courts and a wide variety of walks. Ideal for exploring Scotland, visiting local attractions or just relaxing and recharging. The space Large first floor kitchen/dining/living room (with w/c off). 1 x ground floor en-suite double bedroom (double or twin - please let us know). 1 x ground floor en-suite double bedroom (double only). Shared utility room. Guest access Sole use of studio. Shared use of utility/boot room. Shared use of extensive outside space. Other things to note Keeping safe: We ask all of our guests to note the importance of washing their hands thoroughly with soap and water after touching animals, fences or barriers to prevent infection. Farm stuff: Guests are asked to respect that Pitmeadow is a working farm and ensure that children are supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Access to fields with livestock is not permitted without farm staff. Water: Our water comes from a Private Spring Water Supply which is treated with filters and an ultra violet light system. If you have any questions or concerns about this before booking please get in touch with us. Dogs: Maximum 1 dog (£15.00/dog/stay). Dogs must be kept on a lead as we also have free range chickens and ducks. 2 x electric car charge points are available for guests to use and pay for at the end of their stay. Pond: There is a large/deep open pond in the garden. Children must therefore be supervised at all times. Farm Events: We regularly host farm events such as woodland walks with a pony, lamb feeding in late spring and cream teas in the garden. Guests can book these events at a discounted price.
