The space The 500 sq ft., (47 sq m) space is a somewhat gentrified upstairs studio apt with charming dormers allowing for distant views of downtown Seattle and Mt. Rainier (late Autumn through early-Spring seasons only). Entry is via semi-private entrance through white arbor gate along backyard walkway. Bedroom overlooks backyard garden, kitchen eating nook overlooks front yard and driveway. Bed is full-sized (tad bit narrower than a queen). Please note, because of stairs and year home was built, this studio is not recommended for those with weight and/or mobility issues. Guest access Full access to quaint backyard garden, complete with wood BBQ grill and lawn furniture. Shed-garage building is off limits. Other things to note Full sized bed. There are 2 short flights of outside concrete steps upon entering yard, with 3 short flights of stairs once inside to top floor entry (21 steps total - with new hand rails).
