Description

Located in an upscale neighborhood on Puget Sound, this charming private entrance studio makes up 2/3 of the top floor of a 1937 Cape Cod home. 30 yards from our local bus route that passes by cruise ship terminals, ending just 20 mins to downtown. The space The 500 sq ft., (47 sq m) space is a somewhat gentrified upstairs studio apt with charming dormers allowing for distant views of downtown Seattle and Mt. Rainier (late Autumn through early-Spring seasons only). Entry is via semi-private entrance through white arbor gate along backyard walkway. Bedroom overlooks backyard garden, kitchen eating nook overlooks front yard and driveway. Bed is full-sized (tad bit narrower than a queen). Please note, because of stairs and year home was built, this studio is not recommended for those with weight and/or mobility issues. Guest access Full access to quaint backyard garden, complete with wood BBQ grill and lawn furniture. Shed-garage building is off limits. Other things to note Full sized bed. There are 2 short flights of outside concrete steps upon entering yard, with 3 short flights of stairs once inside to top floor entry (21 steps total - with new hand rails). Registration Details STR-OPLI-19-000906
