The space When you enter this contemporary property you will see straight through the open plan living area to the garden beyond, with the beautiful magnolia tree in full view. You should feel immediately the space and privacy of the unique green surroundings. The living area has a modern kitchen and dining room with brand new banquette leather seating. There is a well loved piano and up a few steps is the lounge opening up to the patio with plenty of seating and relaxation areas. The play room is on the ground floor with its own French doors out to the patio. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor with a family bathroom and an ensuite attached to the main guest room. On the 2nd floor is the master suite with walk in wardrobe and en suite with a roll top bath and with a view. Guest access You will have access to the whole house but we will be locking the study (not photographed) and the garage to keep things clear elsewhere for you. This is our family home, not a business rental so our belongings will be here. We will clear you space in each room for unpacking and shelf space in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped as it contains everything we use day to day. Other things to note The garden has multiple levels / areas and various steps so small children do need to be watched at all times. The pool has a soft cover and we take no responsibility for any incidents so children need to be watched at all times.
