Rose Apple Acres Farm Bed and Breakfast hosts, blacksmith Courtney Mead and author and artist Tanya Sousa, are ready to offer you comfort, culture, great food, and a little whimsy! A continental breakfast is served each morning, consisting of coffee/tea, juice, home-baked goods, fresh fruit, toast, honey, jam, etc. (Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions). 20 minute drive to Jay Peak Resort or Lake Memphremagog, and 2 hours to Montreal. Our dragons will greet you at the door. The space We have three rooms available at Rose Apple Acres Farm: the "Child at Heart Room", with 2 single beds; the "Zen Room", with a double bed; and the "Blacksmith Room", with a double and single bed. You can book either 2 or three rooms in this listing. We can accommodate up to six people. A continental breakfast is served each morning, consisting of coffee/tea, juice, home-baked goods (such as scones, muffins, coffee cake, etc.), fresh fruit or fruit cup, toast, honey, jam, etc. Guest access Guests have access to the dining room, parlor (with baby grand piano), deck (with views of Canada), veranda (overlooking the gardens), and front porch (with sitting and dining areas). Also, free WiFi access to high speed internet. There is a mini-fridge for guest use, as well as a microwave. During your stay We are a traditional Bed and Breakfast, and we enjoy chatting with our guests, and helping them with their plans. We typically breakfast with our guests. In the event guests need to rise/depart early, we can accommodate. Other things to note We share our home with three cats (Cornelius- he wears a tuxedo at all times; Sirius Black Kittenfish- the youngster; and Siddal- the diva), and one dog (Pogo-- Jack Russell/Papillon mix). All our animals are friendly and love people. Note-- if you don't want a cat in your room, please keep your door closed.
