Close to hospitals and Lincoln sites!

Our craftsman style home was built in 1920 and has all of the original wood trim & hardwood floors in the common areas. The screened in porch is the perfect peaceful respite. The living room has a gas fireplace & smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials. Back patio has plenty of seating and a fire pit. Safe & quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown and the hospitals and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. (Occasional noise from nearby train tracks) Other things to note Our sweet, 4 year old miniature poodle lives here with us. She primarily stays downstairs with us but you may see her peeking around corners from time to time. 🐾🧡 We also have four backyard chickens!! No roosters though, so no early morning wake up calls! 🐣🐥
