There is a great patio located on the top floor off of the living room area that overlooks pine trees in this quiet neighborhood. The space The living area has its own separate entrance from the outside for the 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom home. The garage and driveway are a shared space. Guest access Guests have access to some of the garage, the side yard by the front door, the right side of the driveway and the full living area upstairs. NO backyard access. Other things to note 1. USPS is unavailable at the property. UPS & FedEx is available and Amazon packages can be sent to the Whole Foods hub for pick up. 2. Dogs ONLY. Sorry, no cats. 3. There is no accessible backyard. There is a pet relief area on the right side of the home next to the front door. 4. The right side of the driveway can accommodate guest parking up to 2 cars back-to-back. The garage is a shared space between guests and owner for storage of guests toys (bikes, skis, etc.). Additional parking may be available sparingly by owners. NO car parking in garage. 5. Driveway snow removal for winter months is included in the rental payment! Guests are responsible for shoveling back deck and walkway between cars and garage.
