Beautiful one-room efficiency in grand 1927 home in downtown historic Trinity Park, walking distance to Duke campus, parks, restaurants and bars, theaters and much more! Off street parking. Pet friendly. Window AC Unit. Fridge/Freezer combo. No smoking on premises. Other things to note As stated in the house rules, there is an automatic minimum $250 service fee for any violations of house rules that require additional cleaning and/or cause damage. This is our home. We have tried to make it comfortable for you and for us, and have been thoughtful in the amenities we provide. We appreciate you for exercising the same level of thought and care when staying here. While we are happy to host families, please note that the apartment is not “child-proofed,” nor do we provide any child-focused amenities (no crib, pack-n-play, high chair, etc). We do ask that guests are relatively quiet after 10 PM, as a courtesy to neighbors. Noise travels in the house, and the downstairs apartment will hear you walking around! Please don't operate the laundry after 9pm. Parties and loud groups are not permitted. Thanks for helping us be good neighbors. Smoking or vaping of any substances is not permitted on the premises. Well-behaved pets are welcome, and must be registered with the reservation. There is a pet fee. Pets cannot be left alone in the back yard. Reservations longer than 29 nights may incur additional fees.
