Shared spaces in the home include: • The fenced backyard (shared with other apartments in the building) • The entry foyer • The basement laundry area, which is accessible to all four apartments in the home via the interior stairwell. The laundry space is convenient for longer stays and well-maintained for guest use. Off-street parking for 1 vehicle is also available for guest convenience. Other things to note ℹ️ Good to Know We want every guest to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we kindly ask that guests treat the home and neighbors with care and respect. A few important notes before booking: • Quiet hours begin at 10 PM out of respect for neighbors • Up to 1 well-behaved pet is welcome with prior approval & pet fee. They must be supervised when outside • Laundry use is limited to daytime hours • The yard and parking areas are shared with the other 3 apartments • Parties and large gatherings are not permitted • This is a non-smoking property • Please note the home is not specifically child-proofed • For the safety of our guests, neighbors, and properties, we use a secure third-party screening provider, Safely, as part of the reservation process.
