Safe, clean and affordable! Relax in a comfortable 3rd floor attic bedroom in our charming century old house. Private parking and walking distance to coffee, shopping, and more! Room size 185 sq ft Admire the view of the river and the wooded area across the street with the occasional rumble of passing trains. Shared bathroom on the 2nd floor. No children or pets allowed. Located 6 minutes south of I-70. 10 minute drive to Azura amphitheater, 12 min to the Legends Outlet Mall, KC Speedway, Children's Mercy Park and Legends Field. 20 min to Overland Park. 30 min to KCI. Comfortable full size bed, dorm fridge, microwave, coffee and tea options, desk and chair, wifi. Shared bathroom and small living room with host on 2nd floor of home. Outside space is shared with host. 1 dog will remain downstairs on the 1st floor or in backyard fence area. 2 outdoor cats. Smoking allowed outside only. There are 1 to 3 people in the house who may need to use the space. Please let me know If you need a specific shower time so we can stay out of your way, otherwise if the bathroom is open feel free to take your time! We try to be as flexible as possible! Cleanliness, safety and affordability are my main goals. I would not call the space luxurious, but I hope you will enjoy the comfortable and unique experience of a 125 year old home. Guests have a private entrance and bedroom with a simple clean and cozy feel. You may hear the train go by during your stay. The home is in a very safe neighborhood with private parking on the property.
