This small and unique apartment, colored with the hues of the Sicilian sky and sea, is arranged on 2 levels with a loft sleeping area. A unique and unforgettable nest for a trip to discover the Sicilian Baroque, the territory and the sea with its beautiful beaches; all reachable in a few minutes by car. The space Open space arranged on two levels: on the first, the living area with services, on the second, the sleeping area. The space is air-conditioned and heated, equipped with a kitchenette and a small exclusive outdoor space, overlooking the town of Scicli. Ideal to be lived in all seasons. The space is furnished and equipped with natural materials characteristic of our areas, but with a typically minimalist taste. It is located in the oldest part of the city on the San Matteo hill just below the church of the same name. Other things to note There is an extra payment of the accommodation tax, of €1.5 per person per night, as per municipal regulations.
