Luxury and convenience make it the perfect vacation home! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome has been professionally decorated. On the entry deck, relax with a cool drink at the bistro table while grilling dinner. Step into the home, where you can leave your beach towels and flip flops at the bench surrounded by shiplap siding. You ll notice the hardwood floors, high ceilings, and spectacular lighting in the great room. Make yourself comfortable around the 60 Smart TV mounted over custom cabinetry. Windows surround this room allowing sunlight to brighten and views to the tropical landscape beyond. Dine around the farm table that seats six while eating meals cooked in the beautiful new kitchen. Highlights include a light blue shiplap ceiling, stainless appliances, softly honed marble countertops and an island with counter seating for four. Store your groceries in the pantry. The laundry closet has a stacked front load HE washer and dryer. Sliding doors lead to a screened porch with upholstered wicker furnishings. There are two bedrooms in this townhome. Featuring two queen beds, the first floor bedroom is great for families on a beach vacation. Sliding doors lead to the screened porch where the kids can play games. There is a gorgeous hall bath just outside the door. The bathroom has a granite counter, a ribbon motif tiled bathroom floor that flows into the large glass encased shower. The master bedroom is upstairs. It has two king beds, a 32 Smart TV and two sun decks. Step to the deck and read the morning paper while lounging on the upholstered chairs. The master bathroom is beautifully updated. A sliding barn door provides privacy. There is a large closet for your belongings. Wash at the granite topped vanity. There is a sky light over the shower/tub that has an adjustable height shower head. **, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL. 1 gate pass is included in your reservation. Please call our office if you need additional passes. LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes. Requirements for LSVs Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license. No off-road tires allowed Usage Restrictions: For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules. Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children This home is just a short walk to so many of Seabrook s great amenities. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office. This is a wonderful home for your family vacation! Great decor and location - Perfect in every way! * TV s are streaming only. Pets are no longer allowed. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement. STR25-000341 Guest access Gate passes are $45/vehicle.
