In 2022 the whole interior was rebuilt with up to code sound proofing and fire proofing. That being said, It is a 80+ year old home and has the sounds and character that come with an older home. Feel free to reach out if there's anything you need. This property is on a septic tank, therefore only human waste and toilet paper can be flushed. All other materials such as cotton balls, q tips, hair, hygiene products are to be disposed of in the garbage.
