Experience a renovated 130-year-old historic home in the heart of Colorado Springs. Perfectly located between Downtown and Old Colorado City, this bright and spacious stay offers a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and a beautiful shared backyard. Just minutes from Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon, restaurants, breweries, parks, and trails. The house has two private-entrance units for comfort and convenience. The space The living room comes with a TV and games for your entertainment, the bedroom has a queen bed with a dresser and a free standing open closet. The washer and dryer are located in the enclosed closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make yourself a home cooked meal, completed with a nice table that can be used as a workspace or dining. The kitchen is bright with south facing windows on both sides. Outside, you will find an enclosed backyard with a privacy fence that you will be sharing with the guests from the other unit. There is a wood burning fire pit that you are more than welcome to use if there are no fire restrictions in place. Guest access The backyard is there for all guests to enjoy and is shared between Unit 1 and Unit 2 guests. Guests access the units from the backyard with keyless entry. Other things to note Please note: this is an old house located on a busy street. The floors squeak, and noise travels between units. We ask all guests to be mindful of the next door neighbors. Quite hours: 10 pm to 9 am. Please watch the volume of the TV if you are watching a movie during these hours. No Smoking inside the house. Please use the backyard and stay 6 feet away from all windows.
