Access is key at Center Hill Lake, making this cabin the perfect family retreat or remote workspace. Ample parking for cars, trucks and boat trailers. Center Hill Lake and the Upper Cumberland offer: Hiking, Waterfalls, Marinas, Restaurants, Breweries and Vineyards, all close in proximity. Spacious log home with all the modern amenities consistent with luxury vacation living. Fabulous wrap around and screened porches, Large stone fire pit, comfortable furniture, linens, and bedding. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your family gatherings and dinners. Large yard with ample parking and leisure place. Entire home and grounds with the exception of the locked owners closet, cabinets and out building. This is a cabin in the woods, filled with wildlife. Sometimes, the wildlife finds its way into the cabin. We have the cabin on a quarterly pest service, evidence of wildlife/insects in or around the home does not entitle guests to a refund. Being in a heavily wooded area, leaves are blown off of the deck and driveway at least once a week, every week, but some may be present at your arrival or during your stay. There is a blower on site for your convenience if needed. Linens and toiletries included are as follows: Bathrooms: 1 bath towel per guest 1 wash cloth per guest 1 hand towel per bathroom 2+ rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Hand soap (body soap and shampoo not provided) One hairdryer (in master bath) Kitchen: One full roll of paper towels per night Dish soap Dishwasher detergent One dish towel Hand soap Salt and Pepper Coffee maker one side makes regular coffee, the other side brews K Cups. Coffee, filters and K cups MAY be present, but are NOT guaranteed. Grill and Propane: There will be propane onsite for the gas grill. There will also be an extra FULL tank next to the grill in case you were to run out. Please only use the grill utensils for the grill. Fire Pit: There will be a designated wood for guests. Do not pull firewood off the racks without permission. Never leave a fire unattended. Do not build a fire during burn bans or dry periods. Please, always fill the 5-gallon bucket with water BEFORE you start a fire. The bucket should be near the grill/hose bib. One fire starter per night will be available.
