This vacation home enjoys exceptional panoramic views, with the sea on one side, and the valley and mountain on the other. The location is very quiet, surrounded by vegetation and rocks. During the day, we enjoy a sea breeze that rises from the Gulf of Valinco. The space A large entrance overlooks the living room with fireplace. On the ground floor on the right, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom; on the left, there is the kitchen with an adjoining cellar. Under the stairs is an additional toilet. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms and a bathroom. A tiled terrace surrounds the south and west facades, from the kitchen to the living room. The part towards the sea is covered and remains shaded at noon.
