First floor-only, complete house family fun rental. You will have a private entrance with back door entrance to pool. Families will have fun playing in the pool, playing board games, or shooting a game of pool. Great private back yard covered patio with grill and table and chairs. Private fenced in backyard. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boats. Less than a mile from boat dock and beach. I accept pets. There is a 50.00 fee that needs to be paid at booking. The space The first floor-only--- is a complete house.Two bedrooms, 1 large bath, full kitchen, large living area with a nice size dining room and a pool table with seating area. The first floor unit has a open floor plan with a good flow for large groups. The front porch is covered and a great place to just sit and relax. The pool and back yard with covered patio is for those that have rented the 1st floor house. It is your little oasis. For guest who bring boats, there is a area in which they can be parked and off the street. THE 2ND/3RD FLOOR ARE NOT RENTED OUT. PRIVATE HOME FOR OWNERS ONLY. Guest access The house itself is 3 stories with the 1st floor house being the rental unit. Guest will be given a code for entry. Other things to note I welcome pets while you stay. There is a 50.00 charge that goes to my cleaning staff. If you plan on bring a pet, pay the additional charge when you book the house.
