Modern Apartment in the Baltica Heaven complex in Rogów is an ideal place for a family holiday on the Baltic Sea. Located just a three-minute walk from a wide, sandy beach and right on the peaceful Resko Lake. A modern interior, a private garden, access to a seasonal pool, a gym, and a playground, as well as free, secure parking make it an excellent choice for families with children and anyone looking for peace, comfort, and contact with nature. The space The interior of the apartment is designed for the comfort of four people. There is a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a TV and a kitchenette, a lockable bedroom with a large double bed, and a separate children's room with a bunk bed. Each room provides privacy and a homey atmosphere. The apartment is equipped with a modern bathroom with a shower and a green garden that works well for morning coffee, shared meals, or evening relaxation outdoors. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment – living room with kitchenette, both bedrooms, bathroom and private garden. Within the gated, secure Baltica Heaven complex, they can also use the seasonal pool, available from June 17 to August 31, a gym, a children's playground, and a monitored parking lot, which is available at no additional charge. We also provide a high chair or travel cot for the little ones upon request. Other things to note In the price of the stay, guests have access to an outdoor pool that operates seasonally – it is open from June 17th to August 31st. The use of it is free and only available to the residents of the Baltica Heaven complex. We also provide extra amenities for the little ones upon request. A high chair is available for a one-time fee of 50 zł, and a travel crib can be rented for 100 zł per stay. Pets are welcome – there is an additional fee of 150 zł for a pet stay. We also collect a refundable security deposit at check-in, which is a security for the duration of your stay and is remitted after your stay, as long as there are no damages.
