This centrally located, studio apartment has comfortable queen bed, private bathroom, furnished kitchenette, washer & dryer, & its own parking space. The private patio entrance is a keyless entry. Furnished with wifi & a 42” TV for streaming. A city bus stop is just 50 yds from the apartment. Multiple restaurants & stores are 5-10 minutes away. Just 30 minutes from Nashville, IN & beautiful Brown County State Park. 1 hour from IU ballgames, downtown Indianapolis & downtown Louisville. The space The studio apartment is attached to our residence. It was originally a MIL suite. But it has a private entrance and is locked off from the rest of the home. Guest access Studio apartment which includes kitchen and private bath. Also a patio area. Other things to note This apartment is attached to our home but completely private. While we try to be extra quiet, you may hear occasional noises from our side of the house as our kitchen is closest to the apartment. You may occasionally hear a blender, etc but never during quiet hours between 11 PM and 7 AM. 😊
