Some key features of the cabin are: 25 min drive north of Duluth 2 private bedrooms each with a queen bed (memory foam) 1 bathroom with shower and toilet (running water) Custom sauna with glass window to take in the IG worthy views while relaxing. Open kitchen/living room with quality leather couch and ottoman. This cabin flows well for the smaller footprint and has tons of natural light. Fully stocked kitchen (plates, bowls, utensils etc.) Mini split heat and AC This cabin has arguably one of the best views on the lake, it faces south so you have amazing views from sunrise to sunset. Outside you will enjoy the modern landscaped yard: Large front yard (lakeside) redone in landscape rock Firepit (heavy Adirondack chairs) Picnic table with umbrella Accent lighting Sauna Gas grill Walking path to stairs that lead you to the water (the path is a grade and elderly would likely have issues with it) Back of cabin (road side) features large grass yard and a generous amount of parking. Fish Lake is approx. 3500 acres in size and offers great fishing and recreational opportunities with many islands to explore! Fish right off the dock! There are several boat launches within 1-2 miles of the cabin, including a public launch. Pontoons can be rented at Hi Banks Resort or Blue Max Resort (both on the lake) There is an outdoor dog kennel 6ftx6ft that people may use for their dog. Sorry, out of respect for all renters, no animals are allowed in the cabin. Three boat up bar/restaurants on the lake. No fish cleaning inside the cabin, there is a hose just outside of the cabin that works great. Biskey Ponds Trails- 12kms of cross country ski trails! No snow does not mean no Biskey, during the off season all the trails are open to hikers, dog-walks, mountain bikers and horseback riders. Winter also offers the opportunity to enjoy the state snowmobile trail that is only a mile from the cabin. Plenty of room for truck, trailer and sleds. You can go right from the cabin. No smoking in or near the the entrance to the cabin. This cabin is fully licensed by the state and St. Louis County as a short-term rental. The dock is placed in the water at the beginning of the season and removed at the end of the season according to the schedule of the removal company. There is absolute zero tolerance for any parties. If the cops are called for a loud party or there are more than the 4-person occupancy at the cabin you will be asked to leave. This is a nice cabin with distant, but nice neighbors.
