Centrally located in the quiet Blackford area next to Edinburgh University's Kings Buildings campus and a 25-minute walk to the start of Edinburgh's Old Town which hosts Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, The Royal Mile and countless bars and restaurants. The Old Town comes alive at the Edinburgh Festival, with a significant amount of festival venues in this area. The space The room is bright and spacious, with a delightful view of Edinburgh's city centre peak, Arthur's Seat. There is a double bed, wardrobe and two chests of drawers. We want you to feel at home and provide everything you might need including toiletries, hair drier and hot drinks (including a cafetière for that morning coffee!). The shared bathroom was renovated in 2021 and has an electric shower and bath. Guest access You will have access to the shared bathroom and living space and use of the kitchen can be arranged on request. During your stay We are here to help! Roughly 3 minutes drive from Cameron Toll, a shopping centre with a large Sainsbury's, Aldi, pharmacy and petrol station. Ample, free on-street parking is available.
