Welcome to this tranquil retreat with expansive views on 22 acres just 7 miles south of the quaint village of Cazenovia and surrounded by an abundance of natural wildlife, hiking trails, lakes, forests and ski resorts. The entire lower level guest suite is 600 sq. ft. , Adirondack Mt. inspired theme set on a private dead end road. Hidden among the spruce trees at nearly 2000 ft elevation, you’ll unwind and relax in this peaceful setting. PLEASE READ CAPTIONS below each photo for more details. The space This is one large lower level room that has an attached bathroom. The room includes a small kitchenette, dining table and a sitting area with a sofa to watch TV./ movies. There is also a small desk , a chess table, and a dresser. The bathroom is small but has a full tub / shower and midsize vanity. There is a closet as well. Guest access Guests have access to the entire suite, a foyer area/ entrance, front private patio, and all grounds of property including the pool, hot-tub, fire pit, lawn, and gardens. The upper level, garage and deck are for owners only. Other things to note We have a very shy cat but it is not allowed downstairs and most likely will not be seen at all during your stay.
