Our apartment is a beautiful, bright and quiet loft-style three-room penthouse apartment (83m2, 893 sq. Ft) with a balcony. Located on the 4th floor (with an elevator) of an early 19th century building, it faces one of the most charming inner courtyards of the Bastille neighborhood and is very close to Place de la Bastille and the Marais area. It was entirely refurbished and decorated recently in a modern and comfortable style and has air conditioning (rather rare in Paris). The space •A large and very clear living room with concrete floor, very high ceilings, windows and roof glazing, with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a dining table and a desk. A completely equipped kitchen opened on the living room with refrigerator, freezer, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and food processor and all the necessities for cooking.
