Its perfect to utilize as a living room consisting of an extendable top coffee table, vintage-style cushioned couch, and two single reclining theatre chairs on each corner. Queen size bed, and flat screen smart TVs in both bedrooms. There's additional closet space for storage downstairs. Half bath, 4 person dining table with chairs, and fully functional kitchen. Kitchen consists of a refrigerator, dishwasher, plenty of cabinets, drawers, and pantry for storage. Kitchen includes utensils, dinnerware set, pots, pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and some kitchen tools for cooking. Backyard can be accessed from the downstairs living room, where guests can relax on the swing chair, or allow pets to run around the fully fenced yard. Upstairs, which leads to the full size bathroom and main bedroom has a dual purpose A/C and heater powerful enough to cool down or heat up the entire house. Full size bathroom with a large counter top has drawers and cabinets for storage. His and her sinks with dimmable vanity mirrors light the way. Main bedroom has a ton of closet space and a work area with a small desk, office chair and desk light. Guests can access the balcony from the bedroom. Take a nap on the hammock and space out on the illuminating lights at night. Hammock is for a single person only please. Guest access Guests have full access to the entirety of the home which includes: Downstairs: Living room/bedroom, half bath, dining area, kitchen, backyard Upstairs: Full bath, 2nd bedroom, private balcony (There is an additional bedroom that is not listed, locked, and is mainly used as our storage area.) Other things to note This is a pet friendly home built in the 70s. We hope that our guests feel comfortable and safe. If your budget oriented we offer a lot for the price.
