Guest access Guests have full access to the entire first floor, including two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a full bathroom. Second floor is private owner occupied. Enjoy the private patio with stunning river views, as well as access to the dock for boat parking or relaxing by the water. The surrounding garden and lawn provide a peaceful outdoor space to unwind. Inside, guests can use the treadmill and stationary bike in the "red-tile room" and have access to a washer and dryer. The space includes a Nespresso machine, microwave, and tea kettle. A grill is also available for outdoor cooking. Other things to note There is a friendly kitty cat at the home, so please be aware if you have allergies. Quiet time begins at 11pm and parties are not permitted to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours. Additionally, smoking is not allowed inside the home or within 20 feet of the property.
