The Domaine de la Source d'OrFée is set in 3000 m2 of enclosed grounds, surrounded by a bounty of local and tropical plants. From the edge of the pool you can enjoy a particularly mild climate and an enchanting setting, as well as sunny or shady terraces. Our house is for those who want nothing more than to appreciate its charm. The space The Source d'OrFée estate is nestled in Gascony in a valley where the Gers, Périgord and the Landes meet, and also between the Garonne and Lot valleys. 5 km from the town of Tonneins. On an enclosed plot of around 3,000 m2, a generous and varied natural environment blossoms, combining local and tropical species. OrFée watches over its spring, which feeds several ponds with its fresh, clear water, while the geese, whom you will meet on your arrival, look after the estate. From the edge of the pool you can enjoy a particularly mild climate and an enchanting setting. Whatever you're looking for, there's always a sunny or shady terrace where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. The warm wood and the cracks caused by the sun tell the story of the old building that makes up our house. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the ground floor with a view of the swimming pool, a large living-dining room with fireplace, a spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, a bathroom and a separate toilet. For those who want nothing more than to appreciate its gentle way of life, this house will deliver its story and its energy. Guest access The entire estate is open to travellers, with only our master suite and the pantry closed. Other things to note With ponds, springs and a swimming pool, there's a lot of water on our estate, which is not without its risks, especially for young children left unsupervised. Please bear this in mind before deciding to stay with us. Our swimming pool is generally open all year round, but it is not heated, so it will be at whatever temperature the sun is willing to give it. In addition to the geese, the estate is sometimes under the watchful eye of dogs. They will be isolated during your stay, but if the nearby presence of imposing dogs makes you uncomfortable, it may be better to find another Garden of Eden...
